TONY SIMPSON
Lighting Designer

Tony Simpson has worked extensively as a theatre lighting designer, with over 14 years professional experience. His work includes designing for plays, musical theatre and opera to orchestral concerts, contemporary dance and numerous conferences.

Tony has toured with the RSC, Royal Opera House and the Welsh National Opera. He is currently Chairman of the British Actors Equity Theatre Designers Committee and a professional member of the Association of Lighting Designers (ALD).

He is a visiting Lighting Design lecturer at The Central School of Speech and Drama and Birkbeck, University of London, and has recently been invited as a member of the review committee by the National Council for Drama Training (NCDT).
